The first partner meeting under GreenGenerations project was organised in Paris, France, on 8th-9th December 2022.
It was hosted by the project coordinator Eutopique at the Académie du Climat, to mark the project’s official launch.
The active two day kick-off meeting focused on the overview of the project’s main goals, activities and work plan for the duration of the project (30 months).
The partners set the ambitious goal to create unique innovative educational tools to support teachers in addressing new learning opportunities for their students in the field of climate change education through intergenerational learning projects.
This first project milestone is the research on teachers' knowledge, needs and gaps on the topic. The partners have kicked-off that phase through research, questionnaires and focus groups throughout the five partner countries, in collaboration with pilot schools.
